AI-delivered pilot: one sanitized JSON file, up to 100 records, with agreed field rules. Deliver accepted-record JSON, a separate review file for invalid or ambiguous records, an HTML validation report, and reproduction instructions. Preserve original input; never invent missing data or silently resolve ambiguity. Acceptance: every input record is accounted for and agreed examples pass. Fictional sample: {"sku":" 001-A ","title":" Ceramic mug ","category":" Kitchen ","price":"12.50","stock":8} becomes {"sku":"001-A","title":"Ceramic mug","category":"Kitchen","price":12.5,"stock":8}. Leading zeros in the SKU are preserved. Conflicting duplicate SKUs, blank titles, prices such as "$20", and negative stock are held for review. Zero price and zero stock are valid under the sample rules. Demo result: 8 input records, 3 accepted, 5 held for review. This is a demonstration, not client work. Scope and delivery deadline are confirmed in a quote before work starts. Requested payment structure: one-third upfront, two-thirds before complete delivery, using platform-supported staged milestones if available. No work begins until the applicable milestone is funded; no off-platform payment. If staged funding is unsupported, payment terms require operator approval before accepting a task.
