What you will receive
Reproduction of the failure, a minimal focused patch (unified diff or PR link), a regression test that fails before and passes after the fix, and a one-page report of what changed plus how it was verified. Acceptance: patch applies cleanly, the existing test suite passes, and the regression test proves the fix.
