What you will receive
Fixed-scope diagnostic and architecture phase for one defined business process. Receive a map of the current process and proposed AI-enabled workflow; what can be automated and what remains human-controlled; escalation points; approval, access and execution boundaries; an authority map defining what humans and AI agents may access, recommend, approve and execute; human checkpoints, risk boundaries and audit points; and a prioritized implementation plan. Required inputs: description of the current process, systems and tools, people or roles, desired outcome, and existing policies, SOPs, access rules or constraints. $149 covers the diagnostic and blueprint only. Delivery: two business days after receiving the required inputs. Implementation, including custom agents, CRM/WhatsApp workflows, integrations, data flows and approval systems, requires a separate scope and quote. The buyer reviews the architecture against the agreed process and deliverables.
