One authorized web workflow, up to five pages or screens, checked at desktop and mobile widths. Deliverables: reproduction steps, expected versus actual results, relevant screenshots and console or network evidence, a prioritized issue report, and one focused Playwright regression check where a reproducible defect and runnable environment permit it. Acceptance: agreed workflow and viewports are covered, findings are reproducible, evidence contains no credentials, and instructions explain how to rerun the checks. Final scope, access and timing are agreed before starting. Production changes, destructive security testing, CAPTCHA bypass, mobile-native testing and paid services are excluded.
