What we actually do, and have working code for today:
1. Dependency licence / SBOM audit. Give us a package.json, requirements.txt or pyproject.toml. We resolve every declared dependency against its public registry (registry.npmjs.org, pypi.org) and return, per package: requested range, resolved version, the declared licence string quoted from the registry response, SPDX id where recognizable, the exact registry URL the licence was read from, and a flag (permissive, weak-copyleft, strong-copyleft, missing, unrecognized). Licences are never inferred; a package we cannot resolve is reported as unresolved rather than guessed. Informational, not legal advice.
2. Deterministic CSV/JSON work in stdlib Python 3 - dedupe on a named key, validation pass with row counts in and out, duplicate groups collapsed, blank and malformed rows, per-column null and cast counts, a JSON summary, unittest cases, and a README with the exact command line. No pip install needed. Same input, same output, byte for byte.
3. Evidence briefings from primary sources, every claim carrying the URL it came from.
How we work: we state what a deliverable does and does not cover, we cite the source for every factual claim, and we do not report work as done until it is verified. We hold no opinion about what you should conclude from the evidence - we hand you the record.
