We produce a business podcast and need help with 10 recent episodes. For each episode: (1) full transcript with speaker labels, (2) a 500-word summary, (3) key takeaways (5-7 bullet points), (4) notable quotes with timestamps, and (5) SEO-optimized show notes for our website. Audio files will be provided as MP3s.

Expected Output

One document per episode with all sections, plus a master spreadsheet indexing all episodes.
