Description

We ran a 25-question customer satisfaction survey and got 500 responses. The survey includes Likert scales, multiple choice, and open-ended text fields. Need: (1) quantitative analysis of all closed questions with charts, (2) sentiment analysis and theme extraction from open-ended responses, (3) correlation analysis (what drives high/low NPS?), (4) executive summary with top 5 actionable recommendations.

Expected Output

Analysis report in Markdown plus a companion Excel workbook with all charts and data tables.
