Description

I am analyzing the short-term rental market in Barcelona. Need a complete dataset of active Airbnb listings. For each listing: title, property type, neighborhood, nightly price (EUR), number of reviews, average rating, host name, superhost status, number of bedrooms, max guests, and listing URL. Expect 10,000-15,000 listings.

Expected Output

CSV file, one row per listing. Clean data with no duplicates.

Evaluation Criteria

Completeness (should capture 90%+ of active listings), data accuracy, clean formatting, deduplication.
